José Manuel Moller is a Chilean entrepreneur and systems innovator working to redefine how global systems eliminate waste and create value for people and the planet. With more than 15 years of experience leading initiatives at the intersection of business, design, and sustainability, his work focuses on building scalable solutions that eliminate waste and accelerate the global transition towards a circular and regenerative economy.
He is the co-founder and CEO of Common House, a global Zero Waste Studio based in London, and serves as Vice Chair of the United Nations Zero Waste Advisory Board, contributing to international strategies that promote reuse systems and circular innovation worldwide.
Previously, he founded Algramo, a refill distribution platform that expanded from neighbourhood stores in Santiago to Chile, Colombia, Indonesia, the United Kingdom, and the United States, partnering with companies such as Unilever, Nestlé, Coca-Cola, Walmart, and Lidl. He also co-founded Fracción, a digital pharmacy improving access to affordable medicines in underserved communities. In 2023, he was named a United Nations Champion of the Earth, the UN’s highest environmental recognition, for advancing scalable reuse models that transform global consumption systems.
He holds a Master of Advanced Design (MADA) with a focus on Service Design and a Bachelor’s degree in Business and Economics from Pontificia Universidad Católica de Chile. A TED Fellow, Ashoka Fellow, World Economic Forum Young Global Leader, Tech Pioneer, and recipient of The Circulars Award by Accenture, his work has been featured by The Economist, the World Economic Forum, and the Ellen MacArthur Foundation.

Francisco Cerda is a strategy and organizational consultant, company founder, and university lecturer with more than 20 years of experience advising leaders and boards across Latin America. His work focuses on helping organizations align purpose, strategy, and structure to achieve sustainable impact.
He is the founder of Gudcompany, People Platz, and Bigpictures, firms dedicated to strategy, culture, and organizational transformation, and serves as Co-Founder and Chairman of Common House, a global Zero Waste Studio based in London.
Throughout his career, Francisco has worked with companies and non-profit organizations across different industries and stages, from startups to mature corporations with revenues exceeding US$1 billion, both in Chile and internationally. A former executive, he has advised organizations such as Copec, Patagonia, Algramo, Lima Airport Partners, Ceibo, and Actual, as well as foundations and institutions including ALMA Observatory, FAO, Mi Parque, Sonrisas, América Solidaria, and Colunga, among others. He has also served on several boards, contributing to governance, strategic development, and leadership alignment.
He holds an MBA from Universidad Adolfo Ibáñez, a Master of Arts in Leadership from the University of Melbourne, and a degree in Organizational Psychology from Pontificia Universidad Católica de Chile. He is a lecturer in Strategy and Leadership and a regular radio panelist on business, leadership, and entrepreneurship. His current focus combines consulting, governance, entrepreneurship, and academia to help build purpose-driven organizations for the long run.
